The world is on fire, but the angel/oracle/demi-goddess who single-handedly mans the customer service centre of the cosmos has been booked off due to burnout. The big ear of the universe is totally over it. Who is going to listen to humanity’s whining, give advice on relationships and put out fires where they threaten to wreak havoc? In this cabaret, Elzabé Zietsman plays the role of an “Ask Dr Adri” agony aunt, for everything and everyone in the universe, with fiery renditions of well-known hits and a pragmatic approach to survival in times that feel like the end of days.
